The foundation
documents of the United States set standards for our national
identity and behavior. The Declared national goal is to
bring these ideals into expression. Using the parts of
the Declaration of Independence and US Constitution that pertain
to any and all citizens, we put our intentions into play.

"We hold these truths to be
self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are
endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that
among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.
