| FoodLink is a program offered by United Natural
Foods Inc., our primary distributor, to make the ordering easy. If
you call your order in on the phone, I will be typing the order numbers
into the FoodLink program on my computer. If you email your order
in, I will cut and paste your product numbers into FoodLink.
If you install the FoodLink program into your own
PC (not available for the Mac) and download a new pricelist each month,
showing current sale items, you can send your order directly by email and
some people like doing it this way. Others prefer to place orders
by phone or whatever works for you is fine with me.
If you have the program in your computer, you can
search the pricelist electronically if you have trouble finding something
in the paper catalog.
If you'd like to try it in your machine:
Step one: use this

install that program. It will create a folder
for itself called Foodlink.
Step two: email
Kaye to have her email you the settings file as an attachement.
When you get it in your mailbox, it will be called setup.lzh and you copy
or move this file into the Foodlink folder. When you open the Foodlink
program in Member mode, it will give you a button to import the settings
file. If you put it in the right folder (the foodlink folder on C;
drive) , it will work for you.
Step three: download
the pricelist file, at
http://www.motherworld.net/co-op/PRODUCTS.LZH
copy it into your Foodlink folder, and follow
the instructions in the program to import the pricelist.
To use the email function in the program, you will
need to type in your mail server names.
