The outcome is a blending of the three threads in a neighborhood "game" a multi-media reporting process that the school children create and take home as DVDs to their families and friends. 

The DVDs play like a tv-show, a local news report.  They are built on a web-based interface with several types of input and then the kids easily produce a cohesive product. The neighborhood self-publishing capability performs to enliven the consciousness of the whole neighborhood - and keep the positive direction and momentum.
